EIZ Supplier Registration 2026 – Application Guide
Overview
The Engineering Institution of Zambia (EIZ) invites qualified companies to register as suppliers of goods, works, and services across various categories. We are seeking reliable partners to provide ICT equipment and services, general office supplies, branding and printing services, photography and videography, as well as maintenance services for our operations.
Available Supply Categories
LOT 1: Computers & ICT Services
Companies can apply to supply:
- ICT equipment (desktops, laptops, servers, peripherals)
- Printer, copier, and scanner servicing with consumables
- VoIP communication infrastructure installation and support
- ICT hardware support and maintenance
- Software licensing (Windows Server, Microsoft Office, antivirus, SQL Server)
- Cloud solutions and virtualization services
- Data backup and recovery solutions
- IT consulting services
LOT 2: General Office Supplies and Services
- Office stationery and cleaning products/services
- Toner cartridges and consumables
- Personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Office furniture (tables, chairs, cabinets, filing systems)
- Insurance services (motor vehicles and office equipment)
LOT 3: Branding, Printing, Video and Photography
- Banners, backdrops, roll-ups, tear-drops
- Vehicle branding services
- Design and printing (booklets, newsletters, brochures, flyers, calendars)
- Branded gifts and corporate wear
- Tents, diaries, notebooks
- Creative agency services (graphic design)
- Videography and photography for events
LOT 5: Maintenance Services
- Office equipment maintenance (printers, computers, scanners)
- Property maintenance (plumbing, electrical, carpentry)
- Aluminium and glass installation
Required Documents
All applicants must submit:
- Company profile
- Registered company name
- PACRA certificate of incorporation
- ZPPA registration certificate
- ICTAZ registration certificate (for ICT applicants) or other relevant certifications
- Valid ZRA tax clearance certificate
- Names and residential addresses of directors
- References with proof of past work/services (last 12 months)
- Company banking details and proof of financial capability
- Minimum of three (3) references
- Confirmation of ability to offer 30-day credit facility
- Proof of supplier registration payment
Application Fee
A non-refundable administrative participation fee of K300.00 is required.
How to Apply
Submission Format: Two (2) copies of your application, clearly labeled “EIZ Supplier Registration for 2026”
Delivery Method: Deposit in the Tender Box located on the first floor of EIZ, Engineering House, Stand No. 2374, Kelvin Siwale, Showgrounds area, P.O. Box 51084, Lusaka.
Application Form: Download and complete the “2025 Supplier Registration Form” below.
Closing Date: Friday, 30th January 2026, before 17:00hrs local time
Late submissions will NOT be accepted.
Important Notes
- You may apply for multiple lots (no restrictions on the number)
- Clearly state which lot number(s) you’re applying for
- Only shortlisted companies will be notified after preliminary evaluation
