The DMIS Help Clinic Webinar is a free virtual training initiative organized by the Engineering Institution of Zambia (EIZ) to support its members in effectively using the EIZ Database Management and Information System (DMIS). The webinar is designed to provide clear, step-by-step guidance on how to register on the DMIS platform, update and manage personal member information, process membership upgrades, and complete payments correctly. In addition to training, the sessions offer an interactive help clinic environment where participants can raise questions and receive assistance in resolving any outstanding or pending issues related to their EIZ membership records. The webinar is scheduled to run across multiple Thursdays between January and March 2026, with sessions held at both 13:00 hours and 18:00 hours, allowing flexibility for members to attend at a convenient time. Overall, the DMIS Help Clinic Webinar aims to improve member compliance, data accuracy, and ease of engagement with EIZ’s digital systems.
