The Engineering Institution of Zambia (EIZ) is pleased to announce the 2026 Southern Region Annual General Meeting (AGM), a key gathering for engineering professionals to discuss regional developments, share insights, and advance the profession in Zambia. The event will take place on Saturday, 28 March 2026, from 08:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the scenic Savee Resort in Siavonga.
This year’s AGM promises to be an engaging platform for members to network, review achievements, and strategize for the future of engineering in the Southern Region. Following the meeting, participants will embark on a technical tour of the iconic Kariba Dam, offering a unique opportunity to explore one of Africa’s largest man-made reservoirs and its engineering marvels. Members are reminded to carry full Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) attire for the tour to ensure safety and compliance.
